This double CD brings to the classical market a unique offer. The only available recording of the complete Matiegka trios, including  Mozart’s Klavier musik  metamorfosis. Matiegka’s music is still not very well known for the audiences but this effort will help to widen the growing  group of his followers. A contemporary of Beethoven and Schubert ; a critic of his time said he wrote the most beautiful trio he had ever heard, refering to his op. 26.
